I ate at Three Coins twice this last week to check it out. It’s not terribly great. On my first visit I had a burger, which came thoroughly cooked, and slathered with mayo. My second meal was a breakfast burrito, which has the sort of flaky tortilla generally found in your low-end frozen burritos.
Regardless, I suspect I’ll be back again because it’s my neighborhood greasy spoon. The staff there is great and it’s got a lot of diner charm. Tampa I Am also ate there recently and reports -
“Not the best of breakfasts, they cook the eggs on too hot of a skillet which causes it to brown slightly, but this greasy spoon diner find is good and worth the trip.”
I agree.
Speaking of which. Tampa I Am, while not strictly a foodie blog, often posts about Tampa food.
