		<description>Not only did Jeff and Cathy offer us a fairly standard set of tools to use, they also helped us come up with some creative, non-standard solutions to our idiosyncratic Abbie problems.  So, they really offered personalized training, which was very helpful because Abbie is a uniquely (ahem) challenging young lady!</description>
