I know when its opening and will be posting it on our website (http://www.uctampa.com), Facebook & Twitter pages tomorrow. It was supposed to be painted today, so I've been waiting to post the news until I could snap a photo of its new look

PS – I'm told there is no hold up with permits and that it's right on schedule.

I've been discussing the future of Sangria' around the neighborhood and so far its looking bleak. I have heard from 3 sources that the house the owners bought next to the future location is in foreclosure. The owners had planned to use the land for office space. Plus there are some permitting issues on the table.
