Wow, this is very cool. Wikipedia offers Book Creator, a service for printing out books composed of Wikipedia articles.
For example, I went to the Tampa, Florida page, and added that entry and all the sub-entries (History of Tampa, History of Ybor, Climate of Tampa Bay Region, etc.) to the Wikipedia Book Creator and created a 277 page book for $13. I can also print out a .pdf for free.
The preview of the book shows a nicely laid out design complete with footnotes, end notes and images.
Cool. And, since it’s licensed Creative Commons Attribution/Share Alike 3.0 you can print out books filled with whatever content you select and sell them.
