Hilton also keeps a blog and does (among other things) restaurant reviews. Here are his favorite Tampa Bay restaurants. I recently had a bison burger at Noho. It was pretty damn good. Over at Sticks of Fire, Wendy Withers reviews Choxotica. “The truth is, Choxotica isn’t for the casual chocolate consumer.
