The problem with bike-sharing programs, of course, is that the bikes get stolen. Denver hopes to circumvent this by creating special bicycles, with their own special locking bike racks, and require a credit card to “rent” them. Tampa needs a better public transit system if we want to encourage people from central Florida to take the train into Tampa.
