This last week the only eating out we did was lunch at Pho Quyen. And, it seems like I’ve been working late every night, so the only food I’ve been preparing are simple things like salads, or rice and beans, so I haven’t tried out any new recipes.

Pho Quyen is a decent Vietnamese restaurant near the USF campus. They serve traditional pho and bun (pho is the soup, bun is the noodles), but have a lot of familiar dishes for those whose only experience with Asian food is American-style Chinese food. Their menu is here.

The Florida Food Hound, however, is hitting a lot of Tampa eateries before making the move to Gainesville.
