When I came into town to do some house-hunting I visited Al Gusto. My memory was that it was good, but not very veggie-friendly. Since my favorite dining companion is JB, and JB must have veggies, I try to avoid dinner spots that don’t offer up tasty vegetable dishes.

In the comments to his post one commenter recommends El Jalapeno, which others have recommended to me. The commenter, Susan, calls it “Real Austin Cooking,” which is enough to motivate me to get out there this afternoon!
