My apologies for lack of posts. I’m not sure if I mentioned this, but I’m a grad student. Between now and the 12th I have two papers to finish, and a presentation to cobble together. I also have to prepare for an exam on the 12th.

But, the blog isn’t dead. The future holds more round-ups, a review of Spartaco’s, an experiment with absinthe, and a post about my love for Sriracha chili sauce. With any luck I’ll also get around to a post about Kim Long, a noodle house in Seminole Heights.

In the meantime, I hope everyone had an excellent Thanksgiving, and if you have any tips, suggestions, or updates about eating in Tampa, please send them along!
