It’s like lemonade with gin!

No time for chit-chat tonight, I’ve got grades to enter and all sorts of end-of-the-semester whatnot.

Except to say - collins glass!? What the Hell is a collins glass? After rummaging around I found this filigreed fancy glass that I think may be a collins glass.

2 oz. gin
1 oz. lemon juice
a little bit of sugar
shake well with ice
add to collins glass with ice and
3 oz. club soda
garnish with maraschino cherry, orange wheel, and lemon wedge.

I left off the orange wheel, which is the recipe preferred by Schumann’s.
